Long ago, Coyote met Rabbit in the woods.
很久很久以前，小狼在丛林里遇到了一只兔子。

“I can run as fast as the wind. ”Coyote bragged.
“我跑得比风还快呢，”小狼吹着牛说。

“I am the fastest animal.”
“我是跑得最快的动物。”

“I can run fast, too, ”said Rabbit.
“我也跑得很快。”兔子说。

“Let’s have a race, ”said Coyote.
“那我们比比看啊，”小狼说。

“I am faster than you.So I will win the race.”
“我比你跑得快。所以我肯定会赢的。”

Rabbit wanted to win.
兔子可想赢了。

But he knew Coyote ran faster.
但是他知道小狼比他跑得快。

So Rabbit asked his brothers for help.
于是兔子去找他的兄弟们帮忙。

“Help me trick Coyote,”said Rabbit.
“帮我整整小狼呀，”兔子说。

“Then I can win the race.”

The race was the next day.

Rabbit said, “ I will run underground.”

“That is fine. I run faster than you, ”

bragged Coyote.“So I will win.”
